so yeah quick review; apex trader funding (https://apextraderfunding.com/) basically lets you pay a small amount of money up front, often as little as $40 or so, and lets you papertrade futures with a reasonable loss limit / profit goal. and if you reached the goal without hitting the loss limit, you get to day trade eminis, NQ, oil, whatever futures you want basically.

and if youve been reading this site youve absolutely seen me rand and rave about this paradigm that apex, leeloo, topstep, earn2trade, etc all have where you basically need to trade for about 6 - 8 weeks before you can withdraw anything.

because basically its a form of subtle psychological pressure designed to make you fail, so you start over with a new account etc etc and they basically make a killing off these sign up fees and yada yada whatever im not going to get into it again.

so today i got an email from apex.

they are deading that entire dynamic.

before you had to trade 10 days to pass your account, and 25 days before your first payout. at 5 trading days a week thats 7 weeks before you can withdraw, best case.

as of now...

you have to trade 7 days to pass your account, and you can submit a withdraw request after 10 days of funded trading, and AND you can withdraw 2x a month.

when i say thats unheard of, i mean thats literally fucking unheard of.

apex just put the entire funded trading account industry out of business.

its just so fucking sick. its a huge moment.

obviously it could just be some fucked up exit scam but it doesnt actually feel like it. i think they are just like, fuck it, lets keep shit honest and try to let traders make money and rake 10% of their profits when they cash out (everyone else = 20% minimum rake).

like honestly its a new day.
