I just broke out my oculus for the first time in nearly two years. Apparently if I didn;t do it sooner my account was gonna be deleted any minute... It's also no longer called oculus and apparently the only VR they are now going with is metaquest. Have to say pretty damn skeptical given how much VR has failed. I still believe it this apple thing could be great but what a horrible price tag.

its interesting that zuck tried to give us AR/VR at a reasonable price tag and just utterly pooched it, and apple is already lapping him on a piece of gear that costs about as much as a reliable basic used car. also lest we forget that vive costs about $1200 and does about 1/1000th what the apple head set up and does it a million times worse. or so i read. im sure ill cop one at some point and see if the visuals are at a level where im excited or not.
