Penguin has been ok/good. It doesn't really have anything to do with Batman.

I haven't yet watched Agatha. From everything I heard about it, it comes off as bad/boring, but not enough of a trainwreck to make it worth watching for that alone.

For other random things I watched the 1st three Walking Dead spinoffs. Mostly mediocre background noise. I liked the first half of the Rick thingie. Daryl Dixons Last of Us was just tiresome. I guess Negan's thingie laid a foundation for a show with a decent premise. TBH I would have preferred to see that show instead Maggie being the worst and some random kid being annoying.

penguin is incredibly uneven, thats my one complaint. one minute its a competently done gritty noir and the next its just earnestly retarded shlock thats clearly slapped together to bridge plot points.

its funny you mention TWD universe.. i find myself pretty constantly tempted to finish what i started and then remember how staggeringly dipshitted it got and i just end up like rewatching narcos.
