yeahhhhhhhh i had to dump the EXPE scalp for a $100 loss. everything was looking rosy and then Cowen changed their price target to $150 and suddenly i was underwater. really wanted to sweat it out for a few hours but just no.

honestly kinda nervous because the tech sector feels vulnerable but im getting 2.5 to 1 with a 15 day runway to find another 3.2% in value..

Rolled FB contracts out to the 26th.




i dont love that we broke through support a couple of days ago but i also understand that macro movement dragged us there. meaning, in a sense, we havent broken continuity of that support shelf, its simply been arbitrarily moved down from $272 to $268 in so many words.

all said and done its a low risk decision. if we close red tomorrow, ive bought myself another week of runway on contracts that would otherwise expire worthless. if we close green tomorrow, im able to close out the position at a slight profit and reposition.

extremely violent day and id be absolutely pissed if i didnt roll those FB options.. but if i dont see around 4% growth on FB and NET in the next 7 days, im going to have a lot of work to do...

i went to bed last night at like $414 and woke up at saw it bumped to $718, thanks largely to my single MARA put going full 10 bagger. cashed that out, also cashed out 3 of my 4 FB calls at just below my entry price on them, so im sitting on $553 cash.

the remaining FB call, im going to let ride in case we see a turnaround later this week and the NET calls are essentially worthless; they are worth $30 now but after the closing fees are worth about $10 cash. im not expecting 6% growth on 3 consecutive days (which is what i need to see for this to end up ITM) but if i can cash out for 4 cents instead of 2 cents, i can probably bank another $100 off them so its worth risking $10 for $100 essentially.

$1400 -> $553 is shit of course but im not going to fucking lie; i feel blessed to have _any_ capital to play with at this point. a lot of people in my feed werent so lucky his morning.

i mean, either ThIS iS ThE BiG ONe or we revert to mean and SPY 400 prints in early march and this call spread fucks and everythings fine.

like if this somehow doesnt land green by march 12, we have bigger fish to fry than me chunking off the last $550 in a stimcheck challenge.
