LOL poker. LOL stocks. LOL @ ME for writing this.

Here in MIchigan after last years shithole election the majority of ads went from political to all of the sports betting sites that will be opening. The betting sites had really good incentives just for signing up, for instance I got 100 on fanduel no credit card needed. Pokerstars had a free 30 dollars with any monetary deposit and also the standard deposit bonus up to $600

So far I have seen up to 1500 players. They have been running 2 freerolls a day since starting up and there is usually around 650 people in them. Some of the guaranteed tournaments are not getting enough players and I have been trying to take advantage when I have the time. So far I have not cashed but still I persist.

Every time I have logged on there has been cash table action from 2nl to 500nl, yesterday I saw a 1000nl game running. I have splashed around on micro stakes and the action is pretty similar to what I would expect on ACR. However I don’t really ever notice any short stacks on any table, not a lot of games running so its easy to quickly scroll through all the limits. People primarily have 50% or more bb’s, in my opinion from what I have seen at any given day/time.

Included in the pokerstars lobby is a separate casino running everything, blackjack, slots, roulette etc. There is also the FOX bet sportsbook.
Whats noteworthy for me is that I am actually having fun just playing hands. No huds no annoyances just enjoying the game.
    Tl;dr, pic unrelated, sorta.

i imagine this administration would fucking love to legalize online gambling like fully so they could rake the profits but i also imagine they are literally terrified that there is no fucking way to keep people off bread lines and out of homeless camps once AI, superusers, and variance takes their many pounds of flesh.

To be fair after 2020 and the last 30+ years of my life I doubt that either party cares how people end up in bread lines. Something that bothers me is that this country keeps creeping closer to getting the storylines of "if citizens and their bosses didnt have to pay into social security and medicare everyone could have a bigger paycheck right now" "it could save small business"
