    want to get rich by shorting a company who literally makes ends meet by renting space in malls? i give you... SPG.

    these guys are going to be the first of many dominos in the retail real estate market to tip over.

    4 days ago they sued Gap over missed rent payments. $66 million in missed rent payments, btw.

    so either 18% of americans go back to work within the next 2 months and spend every paycheck they get on mom-jeans or SPG files chapter 11. there really isnt much of a middleground.

              there are soo many ideas and only so much time and money.

              meanwhile every stiff is getting long @ SPX 3050 (like me) so I fully expect I’ll get taken out and shot at close.
