im especially concerned with his fascination for formulae 1 style steering wheels, which make absolutely no sense because you cant legally change the turning ratio enough for them to actually work in a street legal car.
but the fact that you can purchase a solar 'lid' that can charge it passively has my fucking attention.

honestly theres some solid points being made here but personally i think the most important aspect of this take is there is an actual honest to god tipping point where people will stop buying teslas because there are just that many tesla owners out there saying 'this is bullshit, this car is a lemon, and im on the hook for the fix costs providing i can even find anyone to do the work'.
this ^ has always been the single strongest bear case on tesla and its quite honestly becoming the status quo.
and elon by all appearances gives no fucks. he has what, 15bil cash in hand with taxes paid? solar is a dead narrative, there are no new models being announced, roadster is vaporware, cybertruck is vaporware.
look i dont like to sound like a conspiracy kook, least of all when it comes to musk/tesla, but i honestly think hes no longer interested in whether or not tesla shuts down completely. autists are like that. hes no longer fixated on tesla so it no longer exists to him.
