apparently we get more kang in feb 2024 with the next antman movie... sure fuck it why not.

but whats weird is we also are apparently getting loki season 2 in 2023.

and this is whats fucking me up; they postponed filming on loki season 2 because they were going to extrapolate the world building they did in it and the spiderman shit series ostensibly in multiverse of madness, which respectfully did not happy at all. not even a little. multiverse of madness basically had no crossover with kang-land beyond the basic premise of universe-hopping.

so right off the bat, the postponing of loki season 2 was totally needless.

and now apparently the movie that _would_ require loki season 2 to make sense (kang dynasty) is going to happen AFTER season 2 of loki.

which brings us to..... the show runner quitting for 'no real reason'.

im pretty sure there was a reason and we just found out what it is.

the scarlet witch's secret power is being a hysterical woman, and america's the only creature in all the universes that can cross between universes oh except the whole fucking point of loki is that kang has been doing it for aeons.

what a fucking mess.

so there was exactly one oblique reference to kang in the entire movie..

dr strange visits a dr strange in a ruined universe and that dr strange riffs about how his world used to be beautiful 'until he lost' and 'our' dr strange asks him '..to whom?' and he doesnt respond.

im struggling to understand what the point of this movie is still obviously.

also lmao at fandom positing that they would like, bring back tony stark and all these other bizarro avengers in this movie.

i think i might look for a torrent of all the marvel comics just so i can see what the original plot arc was because clearly theres nothing to be gained from trusting these burgers to do it justice.
