awesome typewriter, it really shines while typing your letters to the government about all the other typewriter which dont exist, isnt it beautiful

In 1982 I was a member of the Young Socialists, the youth wing of the Workers Revolutionary Party.
One day that summer I was walking in Warrington, a town I had never been to before, when a car pulled up beside me, two young men in it. The passenger asked me directions to somewhere, I replied that I didn’t know as I didn’t know the town.
The passenger laughed, said “you off to your Young Socialist meeting?”, and then the car drove away.Comment
