well the bosses are from isreal and appereantly connected guys with ultra deep pockets and maybe intelligence ties, its like the NSO group too many fingers in too many pies they will never be prosecuted for any crime they do

also regarding NSO group, there was once a swiss company called Crypto AG which produced and sold encrypted communication devices to all sorts of high profile persons like presidents and such, turned out Crypto AG was a joint venture between the german BND and the CIA and all those machines they sold where compromised and traffic could be decrypted, my understanding now about NSO group is that they sell the software to any high bidder no matter how questionable he is but at the same time they provide server capacities and maybe more to run this software world wide, sooo long story short it wouldnt surprise me if in 30 years it comes to light NSO was just a mega honeypot israel + US intelligence where running to find out which shady government is spying on who and if it involves US personal or 5 eyes personal
