We watched the new episode that dropped last night, and generally it was entertaining. However, at one point they panned to a shot of a bunch of Aes Sedai standing together, and it couldn't have looked like they were trying harder to show how inclusive they were with the racial makeup of the sisters, including having a Muslim woman in a hijab (despite the fact there is no Islam in the story). And my wife just burst out laughing from the absurdity of it all. And she isn't political at all. She actually completely tunes me out whenever I go on a rant about the MSM or progressive elites; but it was so absurd and forced she just couldn't help it.
