Enjoy it because when Dune is remade in 10 years with lesbians and some spook playing Paul its gonna kill the whole nerd-dune-spacetimefolding moment.

theres never really been an accurate interpretation of the book or the series. the scifi channel version came close but even that glossed over a ton of shit, finished half way through the series (before the whole point of it was revealed), and had a budget of about $50.
this is an interesting opportunity because DV has been super vocal about how hes going to stick the landing and honor herbert's vision. we shall see.Comment
