
Bet the Process’s Rufus Peabody is a god. Much to be learned from that man. Harolobob and Jeff Ma together shredding on stage at the MIT Sports Analytics Conference years ago had me stamping my feet in the bleachers.
I think the kids today have a firmer understanding that every trade has someone on the other side. I mean not great cause the game is subsidized by the government and stonks go up but there is a better awareness than 20 years ago. This is something I was keenly aware of while I daytraded.
Poker players have some transferable skills. Traders did reasonably well at poker.
Warren Buffet got his start as a kid at the horse track. He wrote tout sheets too as a young teen if I recall.
Sonatine would do quite well at sports wagering if he cared to turn his intellect in that direction. The fact that he cares no a wit about sports would be an advantage. I say that without any irony btw.
